LR014 Principle Cloud Microservices Architect II

Principle cloud microservices Architect II supervises the conversion of monolithic applications into microservices applications. Builds or rewrites application components from scratch while retaining its scope and specifications in line with new requirements and needs. Maintains data ingestion, storage, and analysis solutions utilizing products like AWS. Stay current and proficient with the latest innovations and technology in the field of microservices programming. Helps in reviewing legacy system documentation and features and define target solution and roadmap for the organization. Apply design knowledge in the creation of Modern, Enterprise or Business – Ready Solutions and Architectures such as customized API frameworks and system-wide monitoring strategy. Participates in microservices development architecture workgroups and manages standards for cloud technologies. Perform independent testing of microservices and their integration. Prepares and delivers presentations to stakeholders on new technologies and how they can impact the organization. Makes recommendations and proposals, gain approvals, and develops implementation strategies for new technologies based on organizational requirements and needs. Helps in reviewing, refining, and implementing plans to scale application development to enhance effectiveness. Acts as a mentor and provides guidance to lower level microservices architects. May have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematic, and so on.). Experienced in agile methodologies and technologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe, and so on. Have extensive experience using AWS to design/create/deploy microservices applications to cloud. Experienced in leading and working as part of a team in an agile methodology. Proficient in NoSQL, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps, Java, Scala, PHP, Python, REST APIs, and ETL/ELT technologies. Capable of functioning independently and in collaboration with an agile team. Has demonstrable knowledge of the use of highly-scalable and complex systems configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet, including experience using containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
