LR033 Principle Microservices Developer I

Principle MicroServices Developer I, designs, develop, and align microservices software systems built using Cassandra as database. Develops microservice applications to meet market and end-user requirements. Take part in project development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation, quality assurance testing, maintenance and delivery of the microservices software product. Principle Microservices Developer applies knowledge of technologies, methodologies, applications, tools and processes to ensure optimum completion and support of the project. Provides oversight and converse directly with clients to accelerate architectural conversations. Work with the company’s leadership team to set aggressive goals and objectives to help form the longer-term business strategy. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field with 2-5 years of proven experience working as a microservice developer. Possess in-depth knowledge of core java and microservices frameworks. Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML, MySQL, Python, PHP, C#, Sybase, .Net, and so on. Experienced in helping to lead development life cycle development, and operating disseminated cloud-based microservices. Willing to assume a technical leadership role with experience of mentoring other engineers. Self-starter who can think outside of the box, and come up with a solution to resolve and mitigate complex problems. Demonstrates the use of consulting skills including listening, questioning, permission and rapport, idea development and influencing. Responsible for building complex microservices codes, designing services, and guiding the team throughout the implementation. May be required to carry out code reviews and signing off on the code before it’s merged in master branch. Familiar with DevOps environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Highly experience with Continuous Integration e.g. SonarQube, Maven, Gradle and Jenkins. An advocate of Agile development methodologies. Able to work alone and in a team environment. Excellent verbal communication skills, detail oriented, and good problem-solving skills. Works under the supervision and guidance of Senior Microservice developer
