Big Data Microservices Consultant III, under proper management, designs strategies and programs to collect, analyze, store, data from several sources for certain microservices projects. The Big data Microservices Consultant III is able to lead a team and task while ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of microservices software solutions in accordance with specifications. Capable of developing big data solution recommendations and ensure the implementation of the selected big data solution. Convey large-scale programs that incorporate technological processes to help clients achieve high performance. Responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying custom applications on Hadoop. Implements complete Big Data solutions, including storage, data acquisition, transformation, collection, and analysis. Identify and define the business problem, defining and creating the necessary big data solution by building models, model testing, and ultimately Implementing the solution. Leverages business experiences and sound technical skill of a broad range of big data tools to advise the organization about big data. Responsible for producing accurate analysis of the big datasets by making use of smart algorithms and modern big data technologies. The big data microservices consultant should be able to measure datasets and take care of the correctness and quality of the available data. Execute data analysis and present discoveries in a clear and comprehensible language. May hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer related courses with 8+ years of experience. Experienced and able to work in different programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, R, Ruby, Matlab, Clojure, SQL, or Pig. Have a good understanding of Hive, Hadoop, MongoDB, HBase, and/or MapReduce. Familiar with processes like clustering analysis, text mining, outlier detection, recommendation analysis, predictive analytics, and different modeling techniques. Has knowledge and experience with large cloud-computing infrastructure solutions to be able to deliver big data solutions in Cloud. Naturally curious and enjoys solving complex problems. Capable of conveniently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
