LR089 Agile Team Leader I

Agile Team Leader I, also called Scrum Master or ‘Whole Team,’ under proper supervision, engage in Extreme Programming (XP) practices that enhance organizational operations and effectiveness. Works as generalizing specialists or crafts-persons with solid knowledge in Java programming, database administration, and project management to assist in coordinating the agile teams. Offers advice to teams on the importance of operating with adequate skills in the team circles and in the organization as a whole. Ensures the successful completion of all assigned jobs on time and on budget. Facilitates team’s activities, obtaining all needed resources for the team, and safeguarding the team from obstacles. Possesses project management soft skills, makes decisions without delay, and stands for the interests of all stakeholders within the organization. Creates and deliver a required system or meet an objective by coordinating programming and encouraging other members of the agile team to fulfil their obligations. Responsible for outlining all items on the list of works, otherwise known as a product backlog in Scrum. Work hand-in-hand with the owner of a product or project, giving information that aids decision-making as at when due. Develops a quality system of working to facilitate diligence on a daily basis for quality assurance within the organization. Works together with the domain experts to offer insights on the information of stipulated rules, project specifications, or customer requests. Works closely with the funding executive to shed light on the project’s vision. Works as independent team leader with a test team to authenticate the level of work done all the way through the project lifecycle. Performs work sprints in terms of the stipulations stipulated by the product owner. Organizes a consistent stand-up official meeting called ‘The Daily Scrum’ to give updates on how the project is making headway. Provides the development teams are with opportunities to integrate necessary transformations for important future sprints, putting in mind the reports of the product owner.
