LR095 Agile Product Leader I

Agile Product Leader I in adherence to agile principles must work with the senior product leader and the development team to manage and improve on company product and deliver great products. Manage and improve the company systems as the need arises. Accept and evaluate the users’ feedback and determine areas necessary for improvement improved. Provide information on the understanding and use of the company product. Could have a degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field. Knowledgeable in several computer languages. Proficient in either of these; Java, Python, C++, PERL, and CSS. Have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in fields that require Software Development skills. Knowledgeable in agile tools, principles, and processes. Have basic proficiency in management software such as, Angular, Laravel, CherryPy, Django and so on. Able to understand users’ feedback and proffer solutions to their problems. Capable of adopting Agile methodologies to resolve problems that may arise out of handling projects Responsible for product deadlines and release. Must possess a curious mind and be a great communicator. Able to work with instructions and ability to learn and work without supervision. Flexible and innovative in coming up with new products and solutions to problems. Maintain a positive mindset from the conception of a product to the final delivery. Able to thrive and contribute to the progress of the team and organization. Interested and able to learn new language as quickly as possible. Make a regular report to the Senior Product Leader. Helps to ensure the delivery of projects from conceptualization to delivery within pre-sets budget and deadlines. Helps to conduct continuous surveys, evaluate analysis, and recommend improvements on the agile team’s project based on findings usually after every new release.
