LR098 Senior Agile Product Leader

The senior Agile team leader ensures the maximal performance of the Agile team and supervises the products made to specifications of the board. Supervises the creation, upgrade, and launching of new products. Head the agile team to perform excellently and improve the organization’s products and services. Collaborate with the executive to make excellent decisions. Must be a great team leader, with the drive to achieve awesome results. Have a degree or its equivalent in Software development, computer science, information and communications technology, or any other related field. Have up to 15 years of experience in this field. Experienced in leading product development using agile methodologies, with previous experience as a project manager. Knowledgeable about programming languages like C#, C++, Python, and so on, with expertise in at least one of the languages in implementing agile projects. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expert in using one or more computer operating system technologies such as Unix, Windows, Linux, and so on. Coordinate relationship between the other teams (such as business analysts and product developers) and the agile team. Possess the ability to improve to learn and carry other team members along. Ensure products meet up with the required specifications and requirements. Expert in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft packages. Work on improving the agile team’s work and performance by training, guiding, and mentoring team members as they work on projects, including experiential learning. Show strong leadership qualities, with excellent verbal and written skills. Flexible and adaptive. Evaluate the operational practicability of new agile project software and possible improvements to ensure continuous improvement and optimum efficiency. Coordinate the maintenance and optimization of all agile software, including the evaluation of new agile software prior to deployment to ensure that free of bugs.
