LR099 Agile Product Consultant

The Agile Product Consultant manages and directs research for the development of new product that can improve and increase the company’s performance. Agile methodologies must be employed for the modeling and upgrading of new products. Decide on the viability of newly developed product. Supervise the trial and assessment of new products to make sure quality requirements were meant. Delegate tasks to teams and ensure they are of optimum standard. Knowledgeable in the use of agile tools and assign tasks using these tools. May have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Educational Leadership, or in a related field, with more than 15 years of successful projects in the field of agile product development. Have experience and hands-on knowledge of agile frameworks, techniques, and methodologies. Skilled in database management system (DBMS) and programming languages. Utilize analytical skills for problem solving. Experienced in heading or managing agile teams, and in organizing and designing the procedures used by the team in executing their projects. May have Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SPC4, KCP, and so on. Put in place a conducive working environment for all agile team members to thrive and deliver to their optimum capacity to ensure the accomplishment of the organization’s objectives. Able to co-ordinate and organize Agile conferences. Promote cohesion and team play in cross-functional teams. Possess the ability to train and coach teams to deliver high-quality agile products through Agile methodologies. Have the ability to offer strategic thinking and methodology improvement. Experienced in customer relations, with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in resolve issues and reducing risks by building necessary skills in customers in staff. Self-driven and stay abreast of changes and trends in the industry. Coach the teams on product development within required specifications.
