LR005 Java Microservice Architect I

Java Microservices Architect I, under proper management, plans, designs and implement suitable microservices strategies for the development of java applications. Designs and select the best open-source framework that can be used for developing microservices-based Java applications for web/desktop/mobile end-users. Analyzes business requirement and come up with designs that directly suit the enterprise needs in line with the company’s architectural standards. Responsible for scaling, designing and monitoring the development of web-based Java applications to support company requirement and improve efficiency. Able to create design-documents following approved life-cycle methodologies to ensure compliance with standard regulations. Participate actively in the development of quality software for both large and medium scale Java microservices application. Able to perform and lead architectural designs, implementation, documentation and testing of Java solutions. Develop detailed and basic program specifications to meet quality standards. Responsible for designing, coding and modifying java programs of high complexity, significance and high risk. Troubleshoots technical issues through debugging, investigating and researching. Ensures that excellent applications performance level is reached. Possesses a bachelor’s degree in computer science computer engineering or any other related field. Has 2-5 years of experience working in java microservices position. Proficient in basic microservices framework such as Spring, Jenkins, Gradle, GitHub. Have core development experience in large scale java applications using an open-source framework. Highly experience in SQL (DB2 and SQL Databases). Detail-oriented with prioritization skills and strong project management. Able to manage AdHoc projects. Experience with UNIX/LINUX. Has good knowledge of design patterns, coding standards and unit testing frameworks. Performs unit testing, code reviews and provide support to the development teams. Provides support to the development teams, poses entrepreneurship skills, communication skills and leadership skills. Also, perform programme coding and testing. Typically reports to the senior Java Microservices Architect.
