LR020 Senior Java Microservices Developer

Senior Java Microservices Developer, under adequate supervision, provides direction to analysts and developers regarding the development and implementation of automated solutions for existing and new microservices systems. Creates microservices applications components from ground up using Angular frameworks, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, and other programming technologies. Plan, estimate, and track all works related to organizational microservices systems design, development, analysis, and reengineering. Works with business stakeholders to understand particular needs and translate those into technical requirements to come up with the most effective and efficient microservices solutions for architecting required microservice technologies. Proficient in the use of Spring/Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies and other cloud deployment platforms. Capable of using modern software code testing and code review tools, and fix software bugs where and when necessary. Develops RESTful APIS using JAX-RS and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) for the development of customs software. Possesses solid knowledge of application database and data storage technologies such as Elastic search, MongoDB, Hadoop, Cloudera, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, Git Lab, Jira Confluence, Nexus, Fortify, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Twist lock, Sonar Qube, Junit, Grafana, and MySOL. Provides high level of technical leadership in coordinating microservices product development activities and use of technical resources to meet organizational objectives. Implements DevOps principles while building end-to-end automated solutions that meets organizational needs, while ensuring all new and existing microservices product are made to requirements. Designs and implements solutions to complex operational problems in an enterprise environment across multiple platforms. Experienced in the use of APIgee or API Gateway, Spring frameworks (such as Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/ Spring IO, etc.), and experience in CI/CD pipelines. Has strong communication skills. May have certifications in Computer science, Mathematics, software development, relational database development, or any other related disciplines. May have up to 11 years of experience working in similar positions. Works under the guidance of Senior Java Microservices Developer.
