Big data microservices engineer is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing big Data analytics architecture in support of several customer projects. Work in collaboration with scaled agile (SAFe) teams to rapidly deliver solutions to any challenges or problems encountered. Apply technical and programming skills like Java, Spark, Python, Scala in analyzing disparate complex systems, and collaboratively design new products and services. Responsible for the conversion of business requirements into working prototypes and provides deployable solutions. Helps in the implementation of scalable and reliable distributed data replication plans and the designing and implementation of high-performance and scalable data solutions. Stays up-to-date about the progress and improvements in Big Data and analytics technologies and how these can be applied to customer challenges. Take charge of devising innovative solutions by cooperating with customers, and the development team. Cooperates with the other teams in the designing, development, and deployment of data tools that support both the operations as well as the product use cases. Helps in documenting use cases, the solutions, and recommendations for the customers. Integrate new data sources and tools. Helps in designing, building, and launching of new data extraction, conversion, and loading processes in production. Create new systems and tools for facilitating the customer to consume and understand data faster. Have the ability to guide and provide direction in architecture and design to developers. Have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent field of study. Knowledgeable and Proficient in Kafka, Python, AWS Cloud technologies, Oracle, Cassandra, Hbase, Hive, and DBMS (Database management System), and so on for the development of microservices applications and systems. Able to swiftly understand technical and business requirements and can convert them into technical implementations. Have experience with Agile Development methodologies and data ingestion and conversion.
