Help to clarify documents and be the lead representative for ALM processes. Serve as the team leader/scrum master for the team by conducting daily meetings and perform other agile tasks. Participate in applications architectural discussions and code reviews. Lead the team for product research, application programming, and user experience enhancement. Help in people management responsibilities, including delegation of project assignments, performance management, tutoring, and counseling. Administer the planning for each application release to ensure that each module gets regression tested during the release cycle. Perform tactical planning for each release cycle that includes planning for CM time, branching schedule, documentation time in collaboration with lead testers on the project. Ensure adequate resource planning and supervision of projects. Help to implement release procedures and release criteria and entertain feedback on the process. Help to identify and implement 3rd party tools that contribute to effective software development lifecycle. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any other comparable fields. Has 2-5 years of experience as an agile coach, agile team lead, project management, or operational role. Possesses agile certification and able to support the team when change is introduced. Help to encourage the full participation of team members within their defined roles and responsibilities. Ensure the delivery of business value via the Agile Scrum or Kanban framework. Create and maintain conditions that allow the team to be successful. Make decisions and maintain conduct that conforms with the values and principles of Agile. Help to promote any opportunity for cross-training and learning among team members. Responsible for leading through inception, construction, and transition phases. Works under the guidance of the Senior Agile Team Leader.
