LR096 Agile Product Leader II

Agile Product Leader II is a strategic leader that leads the team and monitors the development of products by providing an inspiring vision. Helps to provide a validated product strategy that distinctly conveys the product’s value proposition, features, and business objectives goals to target groups. Responsible for the procurement of actionable product roadmap that shows the strategy and explains how the product is expected to evolve. Helps in encouraging autonomy and inputs among agile team members. Continually articulates and to updates the product development vision an ensures all ideas and plans of the agile team fits into the overall plan, interceding when the team strays from the product vision. Responsible for continuous inspection and assessment of team members. Ensures that the customer’s preference is considered in the agile team’s product vision, and implemented. Helps in facilitating and attending to the inquiries, clarification, and recommendations requested from the agile team. Responsible for keeping the team motivated to the highest level during project execution. Responsible for ensuring continuous customer value by ensuring that every sprint includes something useful for the end-users. Responsible for engaging the stakeholders by maintaining a roadmap for them, to ensure they understand the big picture of the agile team’s project, and take them through product strategy, roadmap, and sprint review workshop. May have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other related technical field. Has 3-5 years of experience in information technology or a related agile position, and knowledgeable in UX design. Possesses soft skills like good communication skills, relationship-building skills, negotiation and people management skills, with business acumen. Possesses a good domain knowledge of the industry and knowledgeable about technical and programming skills, processes, methodologies, and frameworks. Have the ability to inspire and motivate the agile team to focus on project vision while managing the unknown and unexpected.
