LR097 Agile Product Leader III

Agile product leader III upgrade and enhances the organization’s products and services. Improve and create products in cooperation with product development team members. Manage and evaluate new and existing product by the use of Agile methodologies. Create and sustain a good team spirit by working with other teams and departments such as, product designers, product analysts, business analysts, and so on towards producing excellent product. Create a system that ensures the development of quality products for the customers satisfaction. Have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analystics, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field. Have 10+ years of experience in the field of agile product development with previous experience working in a software development team. Expert in programming languages, including Python, C++, C, Perl, and so on. Knowledgeable about database development systems like MySQL and Microsoft Access. Conversant with Agile tools, techniques, methodologies, systems, and ceremonies. Experienced in the use of software development technologies like SCRUM and other agile frameworks. Must possess good and effective written and communication skills. Thrive and encourage team play and strong relationships, with an open mind to new and innovative ideas. Able to deliver within prescribed timeframe, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work environment and technologies. Ensure efficiency of colleagues. Possess analytical and creative skills. Ensure constant improvement of existing products or services. Knowledgeable about advancement and constant change in the technology world. Contribute to the maintenance and modification of new and existing agile project software. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and improved agile software products with strict adherence to Agile principles, tools, and methodologies. Make progress reports to the Senior Product Leader on a regular basis. Enthusiastic about achieving the organization’s aims and objectives.
