LR091 Agile Team Leader III

The Agile Project Manager is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that software products are properly and accurately managed in accordance with user needs. Responsible for overseeing the general affairs of the agile team. Possess a wide variety of organizational skills needed for the job, as well as the ability to assemble software-related engineers to enhance the quality of the product. The Agile Project Manager organizes and appropriates development of software packages, with effective disbursement in alignment with the specified Product, and ensure that the collection is bug-free. Protect the relationship between business analyst and software developers for the sole reason of appropriating synchronization of the product with user preferences. The Agile Project Manager also needs to possess problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of mathematical computations to produce better results and to be acquainted with the changing global phenomenon constant technological modifications. Have the upper hand in information related to data programming, possession of a PMP certification with preliminary experience in project management. Have a deep insight into programming languages such as Java, C#, C, C++, Perl, python, and a host of others. Experienced in the use of a wide scope of technologies, which include Network devices, windows, mobile, Unix, Linux, and many others. Possess a degree or technical history in Software development, mathematical computations, software and computer engineering, and ICT development with a minimum of 15 years of experience in such fields. Has strong grasp of oral and communication techniques, knowledgeable with the use of frameworks such as Laravel, RAD, TSP, Ruby on Rails, etc., and conversant with agile frameworks like scrum, kanban, extreme programming (XP), and adaptive project framework. Facilitate and promote a healthy relationship between teammates in the agile software development team. Report directly to the senior agile project manager.
