Principle Cloud Microservice Architect I is responsible for designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining cloud microservices software components and architectures. Design and convey scalable, secure, reliable, and readable cloud-native applications. Responsible for defining domain boundaries, data structure and API functionality to support a clean separation of responsibilities in a microservice environment. Helps to detect and eliminate fraudulent activities and improve cloud security by working with security teams to design and deploy high-quality machine learning models to identify fraudsters and reinforce security. Responsible for designing and executing cloud-based systems for global accessibility, including run-through in chaos engineering. Works as a team leader on projects to come up with designs that can be used to solve real-world problems in cloud resiliency and deployment at scale. Helps enhancements in DevOps, including continuous integration(CI), version control, project build and test automation, to make the most of developer efficiency. Responsible for defining logical and physical architecture and documents the architectural designs using UML diagrams. Capable of identifying coding patterns and anti-patterns and administer the implementation of the patterns through code testing and reviews. Work with the development team to design and develop scalable APIs consumed by cloud customers. Has extensive knowledge of multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Perl, PHP, PowerShell, C++, Bash, and relational database systems like MySQL and No-SQL. Possesses a bachelor’s degree in computer science Computer engineering or any other related field. Has 3-5 years of experience working in cloud computing architecture. Able to leverage cloud services for product development with an experience in developing micro-service system architectures. Has excellent understanding of microservices architecture and microservices DevOps processes relating to software development. Highly experienced in delivering applications with enterprise-grade accessibility, security, performance, and compliance. Experienced with cloud-based applications, security principles and technologies including key management and HSMs.
