LR043 Java Engineer III

Java engineer III, under adequate guidance, is responsible for designing new software and/or updating the existing ones. Collaborates with users with the intent of satisfying their needs by coming up with unique software for various computer programs and services. Saddled with troubleshooting and updating of existing programs to enhance its features and performance. Performs various code tests and reviews to ensure that the applications work efficiently without any bug. Studies various surveys and data in other to design applications that will meet the users’ specifications. Partners with other computer professionals to determine the specifications required to design an application. Responsible for discovering and fixing defects instantly, with quality tests being carried out after every change. Composes manuals and guides to explain how the new applications and their codes can be used and how they were designed. Carries out series of comprehensive measures and tests with other support staffs to ensure the user operates the application or software without any difficulty. In charge of designing applications that will meet global security and performance standard. Gathers necessary and adequate information that will aid successful planning and installation of new systems. Works with other software specialists in other to design models for different applications and software, and documents the course of action for later referencing. Responsible for fixing problems that might occur in an application. Skillful in the use of several computer programming languages such as Java and Oracle database. Pays attention to details with exquisite knowledge in several operating systems. Ready to work with optimum enthusiasm in a dynamic environment. Possesses passion for technology with readiness to learn new skills. May possess a certification in computer engineering, programming, information technology, or other related courses. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enterprise technology, business products, and algorithms.
