LR071 System Reliability Engineer III

System Reliability Engineer III is responsible for taking the lead in analyzing the root causes of important reliability issues in organizational systems. Initiates and builds approaches for analysis. The aim is to determine the reliability of parts, tools, and procedures. Formulates visual aids (such as reports, calculations, diagrams, charts, and drawings) to help facilitate easy assimilations in explaining reliability issues, as well as provide recommendations for future developments. Decides the merits and costs involved in alternative approaches for building plans for action, to adhere to internal and external demands sent in by customers. The aim is to ensure reliable processes and provision of equipment, for the purpose of efficiency that will lead to success. Assess the impacts of defensive maintenance on the reliability of an equipment. Maintains budgets for assessment as a background for designing tools and making vital decisions. Takes lead in Reliability Centered Maintenance works to develop general reliability of systems in focus. Builds analysis format to effectively analyze and system failure, thereby building a system that recognizes chances for improved system design, and system maintenance optimization and prediction. Builds an understanding of interdepartmental strategies to systematically recognize, remove, and hinder problems commonly associated with maintenance department guides and budget restrictions. Initiates and builds analysis techniques for deciding components of reliability, tools, and procedures. Integrates outcomes of audit, search reports, and root cause analysis research to adopt trending technology in a nonstop endeavor to progress works on specifications. Proposes choices that remove or reduces system maintenance burden on organizations without neglecting quality assurance. Reviews every planned processes and tool changes to ensure that every change adheres to Management of Change (MOC) Process. Works under the supervision of the Senior System Reliability Engineer.
