LR092 Senior Agile Team Leader

The Senior Agile Team Leader oversees and guides the team that handles the software development products. Leads and organizes the product team that is charged with developing new products. Ability to productively evaluate and manage the team members and apportion duty with the use of Agile tools, such as modeling and nTask. Guarantees the agile team delivers and ensure the active roles of each member of the team. Facilitate and manage agile training, groups, and ceremonies. Ensure the management of product deadlines and milestones and coordination of product release. Have positive mind-set when dealing with complex problems and present creative solutions to them. Possess a B. Sc in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or its equivalent. Have a minimum of fifteen years in relevant field is a must. Experienced with Agile frameworks, including Kanban, Adaptive Project Framework, SCRUM, and Extreme Programming in handling projects. Must have evidence of excellently managing development products. Must be knowledgeable with the use of frameworks like Django,Ruby, OpenUP, Rails, Trello, Profiler, Laravel, DevOps, Build automation, UP, TSP, SEMAT, etc. Expertise in several computer languages, such as CGI, Ruby, and so on; with a history of successful completion of agile projects. Familiar with agile software development life cycle and infrastructure. Must be experienced in handling and managing people. View problems associated with agile projects from a the big-picture standpoint. Collaborate with the product manager by giving the company’s management constant feedback on the project status, achievements, and risks. Proactive and creative communicator and great written skills. Facilitate close relations with other agile project managers, developers, system analysts, and business analysts while executing agile projects. Create and ensure collaborative relationship and interaction within the Agile Development team. Reports to the Managing Director on the team’s project and progress.
